Evelyn Milan

Evelyn Milan is from the Lower East Side of New York City where she was born and raised. She has been in the Health Care field for over 16 years and in the field of harm reduction for 10 years. Currently, Evelyn is the Substance Use Counselor and works with active injecting drug users and people living with HIV/AIDS.

Since her youth, Evelyn has always believed in touch healing and has put her techniques into use for many years by providing touch therapy. In addition to being a substance use counselor, Evelyn's specialty is Reflexology. This alternative therapy's is used as a part of our supportive service together with substance use counseling. Through creating this modality of therapy, there has been tremendous positive feedback from participants.

Evelyn is a certified auricular acupuncturist. She is also registered with the National Acupuncture Detoxification Association. In addition, she is a certified Second Degree level Reiki Practitioner and also uses this as one of the modalities as part of alternative therapy. Evelyn is also a trained as a Rain Drop Therapist working with essential oils.
