Elliot Berke

born and raised in brooklyn and later, long island. B.A. - Ohio University - post bachelaureate studies at brooklyn college, columbia U. school of social work, mexico city college (anthropology M.A.program),completed john jay college CSAC program. In between i raised a lotta hell and explored a lotta consciousness with drugs, starting with weed, going to LSD, peyote, etc., then on to amphetamines and opiates. I consider myself a controlled user. I'm a praticing atheist and a vegetarian (the latter, most of the time}. and yeah, i'm jewish!!! since coming to leshrc i've served as street outreach team leader, men's program coordinator, office manager, and currently do N.A.D.A. ear acupuncture full-time. see y'all there; be there or be square.
